This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you play the Game on mobile (iOS / Android) and on the web (for example via CrazyGames).
1. Summary
- Core gameplay data (progress, upgrades, settings, high scores, wallet currency) is stored on your device. On web builds hosted by CrazyGames, progress may also be mirrored through CrazyGames cloud/device data so you can keep progress across sessions.
- We do not require an in-game account, name, email, or payment card number to play.
- Advertising may be shown (for example rewarded ads for optional bonuses). On mobile, ads are served via Google AdMob and related partners, subject to platform consent frameworks where required. On CrazyGames web builds, ads are handled by CrazyGames.
- We do not currently run a separate first-party product-analytics product (such as PostHog) inside the Game. If we add that later, we will update this policy and, where required, give you control or notice.
- App stores and platforms (Apple, Google, CrazyGames, etc.) process their own account, purchase, crash, and distribution data under their policies.
2. Who this applies to
This policy applies to players of Black Hole Brick on:
- iOS and Android (store apps)
- Web / HTML5 builds (including CrazyGames)
If you access the Game through a third-party platform, that platform may collect and process data under its own privacy policy. That processing is separate from—or in addition to—what we describe here.
3. Information we process
3.1 Stored on your device (local)
These are needed to run the Game and are primarily kept locally (for example under the app sandbox / browser storage equivalent):
| Category | Examples |
|---|---|
| Progress | Meta progression, wallet currency (e.g. run currency / NC), permanent upgrades, unlocks |
| Run / meta state | High scores and related progression fields as saved by the Game |
| Settings | Audio, language/locale preferences, other local options you choose |
| Ad cadence helpers | Local daily/period limits so rewarded ads are not over-used on your device |
Local save files are not uploaded to Hyakan servers as part of normal play. On CrazyGames web builds, the same progressive data may be mirrored via the CrazyGames Data module (see 3.3).
3.2 Advertising-related information (mobile — AdMob)
If ads are enabled on your platform, third-party advertising SDKs (primarily Google Mobile Ads / AdMob, and any ad networks Google or you enable via mediation) may process information such as:
| Category | Examples (typical for mobile ad SDKs) |
|---|---|
| Device & app | Device type, OS version, app version, language, coarse network info |
| Advertising identifiers | Advertising ID (e.g. GAID / IDFA) where available and allowed |
| Ad interaction | Ad requests, impressions, clicks, reward completion signals, error codes |
| Diagnostics | SDK init status, load/show failures (for delivery reliability) |
| Approximate location | Often derived from IP at network level by ad providers (not precise GPS from us) |
| Consent signals | Choices from Google UMP (User Messaging Platform) / Privacy Options where shown |
We use ads for optional benefits (for example continue after a failed run, bonus currency, perk rerolls, shop helpers). Core play is designed to work without watching ads; ads are optional extras.
We do not design our own game save system to collect your real name, email, postal address, phone number, photos, microphone/camera feeds, or contacts.
Note: Network transmission always involves standard connection metadata (such as IP address) processed by CDNs, ad networks, or platforms for security and delivery.
3.3 Platform cloud progress (CrazyGames web)
On CrazyGames HTML5 builds, in addition to a local save, the Game may write a copy of meta progress to CrazyGames’ Data API so progress can survive browser clears or sync in ways CrazyGames supports.
- What: structured game progress / settings payload (not a full device dump)
- Who controls storage: CrazyGames as platform (see their privacy policy)
- Failure mode: if cloud write fails, local save still works; core play continues
CrazyGames may also process standard platform data (sessions, ads, anti-abuse, optional account features if you use them) under CrazyGames policies.
3.4 Contacting us
If you email us (for support or privacy requests), we process the information you choose to send (for example email address and message content) only to respond and for related records.
3.5 Information we do not intentionally collect
- Payment card numbers (purchases, if any, go through Apple / Google / CrazyGames — not through Hyakan forms inside the Game)
- Precise GPS location from the Game itself
- Your contacts / address book / social graph from the device
- Child-directed personal profiles (see Children)
3.6 Accounts
The Game does not operate a mandatory Hyakan login. Optional platform accounts (Apple ID, Google account, CrazyGames account) are governed by those platforms.
4. Why we process data (purposes & legal bases)
If you are in the EEA / UK, we (and, for ads, relevant partners) typically rely on:
| Purpose | Legal basis (GDPR-style) |
|---|---|
| Provide the Game, load saves, apply settings | Contract / legitimate interests — necessary to run the product you chose |
| Show optional ads and measure delivery / fraud | Consent where required (e.g. personalized ads via UMP); legitimate interests for limited technical delivery where allowed |
| Honour consent / privacy choices from the ad SDK flow | Legal obligation / consent |
| Crash-free operation and basic technical reliability on device | Legitimate interests |
| Respond when you contact us | Legitimate interests / contract as applicable |
| Mirror progress via CrazyGames Data on web | Legitimate interests / performance of the service on that platform |
Outside the EEA/UK, we process information as described here based on providing the Game you play, operating ads where permitted by platform rules, and complying with applicable law.
5. How we share information
5.1 Advertising (mobile)
On iOS/Android, ad requests and related identifiers may be shared with:
- Google (AdMob / Google Mobile Ads) — Google Privacy Policy
- Additional ad networks only if mediation partners are enabled in the app configuration (check the live build; mediation may change over time)
They act as independent controllers or processors depending on the SDK and region. Personalized advertising is subject to consent flows where required (UMP and, on iOS, platform privacy prompts such as App Tracking Transparency when implemented).
5.2 CrazyGames (web)
On CrazyGames web builds, ads, telemetry for the platform, and optional cloud data storage are handled through the CrazyGames SDK. See CrazyGames’ privacy materials on their site for platform-level processing.
5.3 App stores & OS vendors
Apple App Store, Google Play, device OS services, and payment systems process account, download, crash, and (if applicable) purchase data under their terms. We do not fully control that.
5.4 Legal / safety
We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect rights, safety, and integrity of players or our service — only to the extent necessary.
5.5 No sale of personal information for money
We do not sell your personal information for money. Where “share” or “sale” has a special meaning under certain US state laws (for example in connection with advertising identifiers), advertising SDKs may involve disclosures that those laws treat as sale/share for cross-context advertising. You can use in-platform Privacy Options, device ad settings, and store controls to limit ads personalization where available.
6. International transfers
Ad networks, platform hosts, and CDNs may process data in countries other than yours (including the United States). Where required, appropriate safeguards may be used by those providers (for example Standard Contractual Clauses). You interact with those providers under their terms when ads or platform features run.
7. Retention
| Data | Retention |
|---|---|
| Local saves & settings | Until you delete the app / clear app data / clear browser storage, or overwrite saves in-game |
| CrazyGames mirrored progress | Controlled by CrazyGames Data storage and your platform account/device practices |
| Ad network logs | Retained by Google / networks under their retention policies |
| Emails you send us | Kept as long as needed to resolve the request, then deleted or archived only if law requires |
8. Your choices and rights
In the Game / on device
- Play without using optional rewarded ads — core loop is not sold as “ads only.”
- Mobile: use the Google UMP consent form when shown, and reopen privacy / ad preferences when the OS or ad SDK provides a Privacy Options entry (settings may also expose a privacy entry as the product matures).
- iOS: use system prompts and Settings → Privacy to control tracking where applicable.
- Android: reset/delete advertising ID and use Google’s ad personalization settings.
- Uninstall the Game or clear app data / site storage to remove local files.
- On CrazyGames, use platform account/settings and clear site storage to manage local/cloud copies as the platform allows.
Privacy rights (where applicable)
Depending on your location (EEA/UK GDPR, certain US states, etc.), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object, or port data, and to withdraw consent.
Contact: privacy@hyakaninteractive.com
Because most Game progress is local (or held by platforms), we may not hold identifiable gameplay profiles on Hyakan systems. For ad-related data held by Google or CrazyGames, you may also need to use those providers’ tools. We will help where we can.
You may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
9. Children
The Game’s content is abstract arcade gameplay intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under the digital-consent age in your country where higher).
If you believe a child provided personal data to us (for example by email), contact privacy@hyakaninteractive.com and we will take appropriate steps, including deletion where required.
Store age ratings and parental controls (Apple / Google / CrazyGames) are separate from this policy. If you configure the app as child-directed, advertising behaviour must follow those platform and ad-network rules.
10. Security
We use reasonable technical measures appropriate to a small indie game (local sandbox storage, HTTPS for ad SDK traffic, no intentional collection of payment data inside the Game). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy. We will change the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice where appropriate (for example on the store page, studio site, or in-game notice). Continued use of the Game after an update means you acknowledge the revised policy where permitted by law; consent-based ads remain subject to your consent choices.
12. Contact
Privacy questions / deletion requests: privacy@hyakaninteractive.com

13. Controller identity (EEA transparency)
For GDPR purposes, the data controller for Hyakan’s processing described in this policy is:
Hyakan Interactive
Email:
privacy@hyakaninteractive.com
Third-party ad networks and platforms (Google, Apple, CrazyGames, etc.) may be independent controllers for their own processing. Review their privacy policies for those activities.
